He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Daniels and Bertha Daniels; his children, Patricia and Trinity; and his siblings, Calanthe, Oaklee, Rosemary, David, Robert Henry, Charlie Jr., Damon John, Joseph and Ezekiel.
He is survived by: his daughter Renee; and his stepson Oscar. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, many close relatives and friends.
