She was predeceased by: her parents, Letcher Mullins and Opal Mullins; her siblings, Phillip Mullins and Lola Mullins; and her granddaughter Allyson Rose.
She is survived by: her husband Donnie Rose; her children, Brian Rose (Melanie) of Coeburn and Mindy of Coeburn; her sisters, Chris Poe and Margaret Hodge; and her grandchildren, Drew (Morgan) of Maine, Kaitlyn of Maine, Grayson Meade, Sarai Crawford (Hunter), Ben of Maine and Layla of Coeburn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, along with several dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sturgill Funeral Home (310 6th St NW, Coeburn, VA 24230). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Sturgill Funeral Home Chapel (310 6th St NW, Coeburn, VA 24230). A procession will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM. An entombment will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Temple Hill Memorial Park (2529 Memorial Dr, Castlewood, VA 24224).
