With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Turner Thomas of Coleman Falls, Virginia, born in Lynchburg, Virginia, who passed away on August 21, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James D. Turner and Annis B. Turner; and her husband Harland "Jack" Thomas. She is survived by: her caregiver Harold "Leeboy" Plott (Alice); and her godchildren, Harold "Mac" Plott, Teresa Putt (Danny) and Jennifer Neas Spencer (Glenna Putney).
