It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Wayne Hohnbaum of Coles Point, Virginia, born in Ashland, Virginia, who passed away on May 8, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustave Albert Hohnbaum and Florence Estelle Breedlove Hohnbaum; his son C. Scott Hohnbaum, Sr.; his stepgranddaughter Autumn Sanford; and his pet Barnaby.
He is survived by: his significant other Sally Gering; his son Anthony W. Hohnbaum (Michelle); his grandsons, C. Scott Hohnbaum, Jr. and Sean Ross Hohnbaum; his stepson Eric Holt (Bambi); his stepgrandchildren, L. Ashely Crawley (Cody) and J. Holden Samuels; his great grandchildren, Aubree and Langdon; and his sister Carol Sharp (George). He is also survived by many friends and brothers.
