He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Moser and Sara Marie White Moser; his siblings, Peggy Bryant and Arthur Moser; and his sister-in-law Mary Jane White.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Faye Moser; his children, Tammy Elaine Moser, Jessica Dawn Skeens (Billy Jamison), Larry David Moser, Jr. (Waynelia) and Christopher Scott Fretwell (Alicia); his sisters, Freda Miller and Kay Livesay (Mike); his siblings-in-law, Barbara Hill, Patricia Zeigler (Clarence) and John Hill (Cindy Seay); and his grandchildren, Brittany Pruitt, Ashley Douglas, Taylor Moser, Kelsey Moser, Emily Moser, Breanne Talley, Travis Talley, Cameron Talley, Paiton Moser, Jake Moser, Spencer Jamison, Carter Jamison, Jesse Fretwell and Jacob Fretwell. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
