She is survived by: her husband Landon Eugene Perkins; her children, Kathryn "Kathy" Lynn Whitley of Collinsville and Steven Lee Perkins of Youngsville, N. C.; her siblings, Melva Peraldo, Mickey Spiggle, Walter Lee Williams, Jr. and David Williams; her grandchildren, Kristen Helms, Evan Whitley, Michael Perkins, Anthony Perkins and Ashley Perkins; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Helms, Abel Cahoon, Natalie Whitley and Ezra Whitley.
