He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Prillaman Mayhew; his children, Timothy Bennett Mayhew (Miriam) and Mary-Robin Berry (Lynn); his grandsons, Ben Mayhew (Caroline), Nick Mayhew (Abbey), Mitchell Mayhew and Josh Berry (Elizabeth); and his great grandchild Luke Henry Berry.
