He was predeceased by: his parents, Stella Smith Moore and Dewey Moore; his siblings, Memelee Moore Jones, Genevieve Moore Callen, Marvin D. Moore, James Shannon Moore, Morris E. Moore and Tommy S. Moore; and his stepmother Leovia Crosswhite Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Colston Moore; his daughters, Lynnette Payne (Ronald) and Rhonda Joyce (Jon); his grandchildren, Ronnie Payne, Sr. (Rachel), McKenzie Joyce, Bethany Payne and Christian Joyce; and his great grandchildren, Ronnie Payne Jr. and Juliet Payne. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Fort Trial Christian Church, 6356 Virginia Avenue, Bassett, VA 24055.
