He is survived by: his parents, William "Johnny" Franklin Monroe, Jr. and Loretta "Jean" Bauserman; his wife Dawn (McKenney); his children, Mary-Scott DeMarchis (Blake), Cameron-Ann Monroe, MacKenzie-Paige Harrison (Jake) and Wyatt Monroe (Maleena); his grandchildren, Aaron-James Harrison, Barrett and Brody DeMarchis; and his brothers, William "Buck" Monroe III (Charlene), Steve Monroe (Sheila), Kevin Monroe and Bryan Monroe (Cynthia). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Grove Baptist Church (131 3rd St, Colonial Beach, VA 22443).
