We are sad to announce that, on June 13, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Billy Wayne Newman Jr. of Colonial Beach, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Myra Newman (Rawlings) and Bill Newman Sr.; his grandmother Frances Rawlings (Jenkins); his siblings, Michael, Debbie and Kenny; his brother-in-law John Harpo Webb; his niece Jennifer; his nephew Matthew; his grandparents, Raymond Taylor, Francis Rawlings (Jenkins), Cecil and Stella Newman (Bryant); his stepfather John Shea; his sister Vickie Webb (Newman); and his children, Billy Newman (Rachel), Crystal Pratt (George) and Amanda Adams. He was also cherished by relatives and friends.
It became his home he always eventually returned to after traveling around until his retirement coinciding with the Pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, donations, or a special service, Billy would like you to take the time to check in with old friends and family, enjoy a summer night campfire, and shoot some fireworks on the 4th of July for him.
