Stepp; his children, Andrew Stepp (Amanda) of Colonial Beach, VA, Laura Carlton (John R.) of Richmond, VA and Megan Stepp of Charleston, SC; his grandchildren, Charlotte, Mattox, Jack, Scarlett, Neeson and Juliette; and his sister Valerie Stepp Stillion (Patrick).
