He is survived by: his wife Teresa Puffinburger; his father James; his children, Cody Puffinburger (Kelly), Casey Puffinburger (Glenn) and Carly Carter (Wayland); his siblings, Susie Rolf (Eddie), Mike Gray, Greg Gray and Paul Gray; his grandchildren, Kayla Cox, James Guillen, Shawn Cox Jr., Michael Guillen, Chloe Cox, Ian Guillen, Bella Cox, Kylena Leaston, Luke Puffinburger, J. T. Rose, Dakota Puffinburger, Carter Cox and Wayland Carter V; and his great grandchildren, Scarlet and Sylvie Cox.
