She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara O'Neil and Charles Moody; her adoptive father Ike Lerch; her siblings, Barbara Lerch Jr. and Raymond Simpson; and her granddaughter Terrah Broy.
She is survived by: her son Cordell Jr. (Michelle Tobin); her husband Cordell S. Tobin, Sr.; her daughter Donna Tobin Noonan; her sisters, Mary Welton and Gerry Serrano; and her brothers-in-law, Edward Tobin and Marvin "Skipper" Tobin.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Glenda's name to the National Kidney Foundation or the Colonial Beach Volunteer Rescue Squad (CBVRS, 225 Dennison St., Colonial Beach, VA 22443).
