He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edna Ligon and Brown Ligon; his wife Cindy Ligon; his sons, Peyton Ligon (Jenifer Anastasi) of Boston and Wesley Ligon (Jade) of Colorado Springs; his mother-in-law Jean Lea of Franklin, TN; and his sister-in-law Debbie Graf of Hermitage, TN. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
