Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Rosemary for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Hales and Clara Hales; and her children, Stephanie Taylor and Kyle Taylor. She is survived by: her daughter Monica Steffey (Nicholas); her grandchildren, Landon Steffey and Mallory Rose Taylor; and her former husband Gary Taylor.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Colonial Beach Baptist Church (131 3rd St, Colonial Beach, VA 22443). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
