It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Estelle Walker of Colonial Beach, Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on March 17, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Arthur Speiser and Katherine Speiser; her children, Blight Walker, Jr. (Shirley J.) of Colonial Beach, Belinda Laymon of Colonial Beach and Joseph Walker (Amanda) of Dunedin, FL; her grandchildren, Rhiannon (John), Tiffany, Ashley (Lyn), Andrew (Erin) and Sarah; her great grandchildren, Lily, Teagan, Quinnlyn, Thatcher, A. B. IV, Yeardley, Estelle and Alastair; her husband Blight Walker, Sr.; and her son Michael Carrick.
