She was predeceased by: her parents, James Richly Brooks and Mildred Brooks (Butler); her son Carl; and her brothers, James, William, Robert, Phillip, Charles and Thomas.
She is survived by: her sons, James (Dalyce), Thomas (Mary) and Michael; her sisters-in-law, Helen and Corene; her sister Gwen; and her close friend Conception. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
