Celeste Yvonne Webb Obituary
We announce the death of Celeste Yvonne Webb of Colonial Heights, Virginia, who passed away on October 22, 2026, at the age of 87. Celeste will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Jenkins and Bertha Hazel (Atkins); her son Boyd A. Webb Jr.; and her siblings, Shirley Blankenship and Donald Jenkins.
She is survived by: her significant other Boyd A. Webb Sr.; her sons, Byron Webb (Felice) and Bruce Webb (Tammy); her grandchildren, Kimberly Chamberlain (Dusty) and Zachary Webb; and her great grandchild Wyatt Chamberlain. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory (2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Trinity Memorial Gardens (22482 Prince Edward Hwy, Rice, VA 23966).
