It is with sadness that the passing of Charlene Joan Monica Riley of Colonial Heights, Virginia is shared. Charlene, born on July 16, 1951, passed away on October 22, 2026. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William Riley Jr. and Martha Elisabeth Riley; and her brother Charles William Riley III (Buck). She is survived by: her husband William E. Toth Sr.; her children, William E. Toth Jr. and Kelly Joy Burton (Ralph (Jody) Burton Jr.); her sister Colleen Riley; her grandchildren, McKenzie Elisabeth Moneymaker (Trey), Cody Keith Early, Owen Brian Kirkpatrick and Evan Riley Kirkpatrick; her great grandchildren, Emery Elisabeth Moneymaker, Laken Riley Moneymaker and Cade Franklin Moneymaker; and her pet Tess.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Dale Memorial Park (10201 Newbys Bridge Rd, Chesterfield, VA 23832).
