He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Matthew and Ruth Shell Burfoot; and his sister Patricia Tucker. He is survived by: his wife Louise York Burfoot; his children, Melanie Forgas (Steve), Timothy Scott Love and Milton Eddie Love III; his grandchildren, Bethany Smith (Derek), Dylan Love, Lauren Forgas and Alyson Love; his great grandchildren, Dalton and Grayson Smith; and his brothers, James Burfoot and Douglas Burfoot. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
