He was predeceased by: his parents, Kasmir Wilusz and Margaret Mary Foley Wilusz; and his sister Margaret Mary Wilusz. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Joy Wilusz; his daughter Dianna Dawn Wilusz (Lisa Terese Lewis); his nephew Adam Wilusz-Poresky (Kirsten Moon Wilusz); his great-nieces, Penelope, Natalie and Emily Wilusz-Poresky; his nieces, Lori Hunt (Joe Hunt) and Pamela Undercoffler; and his nephew Scott Undercoffler.
