He is survived by: his sister Donna Nicklas; his daughters, Michele Clarke and Karen Massey (Mohan); his grandchildren, Benjamin Daughety, Jack Forjan and Valerie Forjan; the mother of his children Simka Massey; and his close friend Nancy Lufkin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
