Simmons, Jr. (Julie); his grandchildren, Gabrielle Spain Cliborne (Jacob), Hunter Christian Spain, Trevor Jennings Spain (Kayla), Ella Elizabeth Simmons and Cora Paige Simmons; his great grandchildren, Aubree Grace Cliborne, Masyn Jennings Spain and Carter Jennings Cliborne; his stepmothers, Rosemarie Simmons and Macon T. East; his siblings, Gale Rowland (Joseph), Michelle Fronheiser (Joseph), Cheryl Peters (Mike) and Daniel East (Michelle); and his pets, Anna and Belle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
