He was predeceased by : his parents, Kyong-Cha and Hwa Yup An. He is survived by : his spouse Chong Hui An; his daughters, Unsin An (Don), Unmi An and Uni An (Nash); his grandchildren, Natalie Hwang, Collier Womble, Ethan Hwang, Stetten Womble and Declan Francis; his sisters, Wonja Campbell and Shinja Chon; and his niece Jangmee Hooper.
