She is survived by: her husband Mark Cummins; her children, Amy Daly (Ryan), Jonathan Cummins (Arielle) and Joey Cummins (Danielle); her father Roland J. Fontaine (Margaret); her grandchildren, Emma, Campbell Daly, Ellison, Beckett Cummins, Logan and Dylan Cummins; her brother Tim Fontaine (Dona); and her nephews, Stephen Fontaine (Jennifer) and Andrew Fontaine (Autumn). She is also survived by other great-nieces and nephews and several very dear friends.
