She is survived by: her mother Peggy Delean Perkins; her daughter Kandy Fender (Michael); her grandchildren, Makayla Haydon (Ryan) and Taylor Fender (Blake Strawser); her great grandchildren, Beckley Haydon and Oakley Strawser; her brother Donald Lee Perkins, Jr. (Janet); her sister-in-law Dennette Bristow (Brian); her friends, Junior, Kaye Bland and Jeff Martin; and her godchildren, Meghan Miles (Josh) and Josh Bland (Gillian). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
