He was predeceased by: his parents, Junius Lloyd and Gady Viola Schrock Rowland; his wife Nell W. Rowland; and his siblings, Junis L. Rowland Jr., Charles H. Rowland, Donald F. Rowland and Rachel E. Ozmar.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard Keith Rowland (Cathy) and James Craig Rowland; his grandchildren, Jessica Rowland and Travis Rowland (Caitlin); and his great grandchildren, Landon, Blakely and Beau. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
