Though Francis may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Francis touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Col. Thomas J. Hallman, Sr. and Anne Joyce Lord Hallman; his brothers, Walt Hallman, Bob Hallman and Bill Hallman; and his former wife Cat Hallman. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews, and many special friends.
