He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Kenneth and Evelyn Mae Caddy Boyce. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Rose Boyce; and his children, Franklin D. Boyce, Jr. (Gina Marie), John K. Boyce (Susan), Janice B. Trevillian (Jeffrey) and Jim M. Boyce (Rachel). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Virginia Veteran's Cemetery (10300 Pridesville Rd, Amelia Court House, VA 23002).
