He is survived by: his wife Geneva S. Flexon of Colonial Heights; his daughter Jessica L Palmore; his grandchildren, Brian Palmore, Courtney Palmore and Carly Palmore; his sister Brenda F Schmitz; and his sisters-in-law, Margaret Slaughter, Deborah Hinton and Nancy Kirsh. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory - Colonial Heights (2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory (2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834). A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cutbanks Baptist Church Cemetery (24203 Cutbank Rd, McKenney, VA 23872).
