She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Talley and Hannah Talley of Dinwiddie County, Virginia.; her husband Lance Warren Tucker; and her brothers, Wilbur Talley, Jack Talley, Virgil Talley and Horace Guy Talley.
She is survived by: her daughter Betty Sue Foresta (Vincent); her grandson David Kissner (Tina); her great grandchildren, Jessa Sadler (AAron), Luke Kissner, Jillian Vaughan (Joshua) and Jared Kissner; and her caregivers, Terri Hios, Brandi Taylor, Deborah Rosie, Christine Lawson, Amedisys and Tyrini. She is also survived by five great-great-granddaughters.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the E. Alvin Small Funeral Home, Colonial Heights Chapel (2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory (2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834).
