He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Hack, and John L. Hack, Sr.; and his siblings, Joe Hack, Beverly Hopkins and Connie Hack.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Long Hack; his daughter Stacy Sandry (Filippo); and his grandchildren, Corbin Broach (Kaitlyn), Tyler Broach and Peyton Broach.
