He was predeceased by: his father Jeptha Archie Gibson II; and his siblings, Cynthia Lou Gibson and Jeptha Archie Gibson III. He is survived by: his wife Linda Gibson; his siblings, James Almond Gibson (Cindy) of Maine and Mary Eupha Harper (Isaac); and his mother-in-law Maria Hackley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
