He was predeceased by : his father Max Apodaca, Sr.; his children, Elvie Apodaca, Rhonda Dillon and Theresa Adams; and his siblings, Jimmy Apodaca, Arsenio Apodaca and Isabel Espinosa.
He is survived by : his wife Helen Joy Apodaca; his children, Max Apodaca III, Kristin Wasilewski and Jonathan Wasilewski; his sisters, Lora Armijo (Phil) and Lydia Apodaca; his grandchildren, Alison (Mike), Max IV (Kailee), Marina, Henry, Brian, Justin, Michelle, Mindy, Ericka, Alesha, Albee and Noah; his siblings-in-law, Brenda Redfern, Tom Redfern and Butch Kitchen; his children-in-law, Ann Spain (Chris) and Troy Adams; and his close friend Barbara Vaughan. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hope 21 Ministries, 19110 Carson Road.
