He is survived by: his wife Teresa Ann Neal; his brothers, Rex Neal (Patricia) of Gretna, VA and David Neal; and his son Michael C. Neal.
A reception will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Paul and Teresa's Home.
