He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Belcher and Elsie Belcher (Tackett); his siblings, Lawrence Belcher, Richard Belcher, Donald Belcher, Carlene Hackney and Jean Ferrell; and his daughter-in-law Mary Conley Belcher.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Belcher (Coleman); his children, Julia Dye (Mike) of Abingdon, VA, Paul Belcher II of Conaway and Robin Belcher (Joey) of Conaway; his sister Shirley Atkinson (Charles) of Bristol, VA; his grandchildren, Marty Jude, Holly Stiltner, Haley Belcher, Missy Cowley, Adam Weddington and Joe Weddington; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte Stiltner, Evelyn Stiltner, Ashley Lee, Ryan Weddington, Abigail Weddington, Jaxon Weddington and Braxton Weddington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
