He is survived by: his son Ronald Dean Cantrell Jr.; his stepson Cody Lester; his grandchildren, Brittany Howard (Josh), Ethan Cantrell, Rylan Lester, Tate Lester and Sawyer Lester; his great grandchildren, Addie Hensley and Jace Howard; and his sisters, Opal Neal of Front Royal, VA and Karen Vaughn of Galax, VA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
