He was predeceased by: his parents, Carson Cook and Bessie Fears Cook; and his brothers, Leroy Cook and Glenn Cook. He is survived by: his wife Carol Cook; his children, William Oliver (Tammy), Tammy Manzanales (Arturo), Theresa Towler, Michael Oliver (Melony), Ann Cash and Rhonda Rankin (Kelly); and his siblings, James Cook (Sandy), Carrol Cook (Judy) and Patricia Morton. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
