He is survived by: his parents, Virginia Carwile Fitch and Douglas Norwood Fitch, Sr.; his brothers, Steve Fitch and David Fitch (Mary); his niece Carissa Sprinkle (Travis); his great-niece Charlotte; and his great-nephew Jackson.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Janet Fitch Fund of New Bethel Church, which serves to help those in need in the community.
