She is survived by : her husband Ernest Daye, Sr.; her sons, Ernest Daye, Jr. (Sheral Word) and Kevin Daye; her daughter-in-law Shenelle Daye; her granddaughter Layla Daye; her sisters, Helen Brown of Lynchburg, VA, Marie Nowlin (Lacy) of Lynchburg, VA, Arlene Goode (Sevelle) of Lynchburg, VA and Sheryle Hampton (Dwayne) of Lynchburg, VA; and her siblings-in-law, Daisy Crawford, Ella Daye and Major Daniel of Maryland. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and devoted friends.
