He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ernest and Vera Hill Ledbetter; his former wife Vivian Trent Ledbetter; and his siblings, J. C. Ledbetter, Dovie Smith, Alta Varner, Avis Scissom, Mary Mandell, Marlon Ledbetter and Jerry Ledbetter.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Keys Ledbetter; his children, Regina Ann Moorman (Lester), Leonard Keys (Barbara), Susan Barringer (Kevin) and John Keys (Donna); his sister Audrey McCormack (Paul); his sister-in-law Joan Ledbetter; his grandchildren, Jennifer Kershner (William), Brandy Moorman, Barrett Moorman (Jessica), Jennifer Harris (Justin), Jason Barringer (Tiffany), Brandon Keys (Kait), Stefani Martin (Matt), Cody Keys, Allen Keys, Michael Keys and Robbie Ward; and his great grandchildren, Lily, Khloe, Jacob, Mady, Gage, Huntley, Oakley, Ethan, Noah, Jackson, Joel, Adelaide, Hampton, Abel and Eliza. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
