He is survived by : his children, Leonard Keys (Barbara) of Forest, Susan Barringer (Kevin) of Lynchburg and John Keys (Donna) of Concord; the mother of his children Peggy Keys Ledbetter; his close friend Carol Jones; his brothers, Robert Keys (Alice) of Concord and James Keys (Iris) of Gladys; and his friends, Kevin and Susan Barringer. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
