He is survived by: his wife Daphne Payton Livesay; his children, Patrick Alan Livesay (Haley) of Suffolk, Rachael Livesay Knaak (Atom) of Clarksville, TN and Adam Warren Livesay of Nashville, TN; his grandchildren, Jackson Douglas Livesay, Sadie Jean Livesay, Hannah Grace Livesay, Paige Lorraine Livesay, Riley Oliver Knaak, Harper Warren Knaak, Myles Henry Knaak and Sutton Olivia Knaak; and his sisters, Marva L. Sellers (Mitch) of Covington, Lisa L. Jessee of Warm Springs and Marsha L. Womack (McKinley) of Delaware. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations take the form of contributions to Bethesda Church and marked Outreach.
