He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Thompson and Gyenetta Chambers Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Blakey Chambers; his children, Kurell Wallace, Rashad Chambers (Sara) of Covington and Dr. La'Tisha Chambers (Rapheal Winfrey) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Kierra, Kyonna and Keegan of Covington; his sisters, Barbara Ann Anderson (Charles), Betty Lavender (Charles), Cindy Thompson of Roanoke and Frances Jackson (Victor) of Georgia; his pets, Aric and Ace; and his close friends, Ralph Fitzpatrick (Marie), Tommy Smith, Gary Holloway of Covington, Donnie Hamm of Roanoke and Eddie Cosby of Staunton, VA.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
