He was predeceased by: his spouse Marguerette Frances McCauley Elmore; his parents, Ira Philip Elmore and Minie Eurie Persinger Elmore; and his brothers, Arthur Elmore, Wallace Elmore, Claude Elmore and Arlis Elmore.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Lee Elmore of Covington and Kathy Elmore Childs; his grandson Jacob L. Elmore; his great grandchildren, Abby Elmore and Jake Elmore; and his siblings, Howard Elmore of Covington and Violet McCauley Elmore of Gainesville, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
