He is survived by: his wife Linda Persinger Starke of Covington; his granddaughter Leslie Schaufelberger (Steven); his great grandchildren, Dalton Schaufelberger, Devin Schaufelberger and Harley Schaufelberger; his stepson J. J. Meadows (Candace) of Covington; his stepgranddaughter Shyann Miller; his siblings, Regina Ashby and Roger Starke (Edna McKinley); his close friends, Donna Crush, James Griever and John Wickline (Phyllis); and his pet Hard Rock. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
