She is survived by: her children, Kathy Hobgood (Doug) of Annapolis, MD, Susan Hinkle Gray (Tom Andrews) of Frederick, MD and Claude E. Elmore of Covington; her siblings, Phlis Tingler (Virgil) of New Castle, Patricia Merson (Randolph) of New Castle, Albin Bowen (Carol) of Dundalk, MD, Gary Bowen of Roanoke and Wayne Bowen; and her sister-in-law Lolita Elmore of Covington. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 24 great and great-great grandchildren.
