He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Booker and Ada Henderson Booker; and his siblings, Imogene Poindexter, Clarence Booker, Jesse Booker and Charles Booker.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Robinson Booker of Covington; his son Billy "Little Bill" Booker (Mary) of Roanoke; his siblings, Gracie Green, Mary Ann Booker, Betty Brooks (Lennie), Rose Marie Booker, Bertha Brackenridge, Jerry Booker (Renee), Robert Booker (Judy) and Johnny Raye; and his friends, John, Kim Myers, Nathan and Caneesha Myers. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
