Crush (Howard); his siblings, Leona B. Wilhelm, Emily B. Brown and John Ellis Holston (Patricia); his nieces and nephews, Teresa Wilhelm, Karen W. Graham (Paul), Carter Brown (Jennifer), Bridget Wilhelm, Ellen Medford (Jason), Lynn Holston Shematek, John Holston, Jr. and Lisa Stevens; and his pets, Tater, Chip and Cooper.
