She is survived by: her husband Matt Edwards; her cousin Robin Armentrout; her close friend Tab Broce (Angie Broce); her cousins, Frances K White (Jeff) of Houston, Pam, Glenn Corson of Cincinnati, Deborah Powers of Verona, Beth Kidd of Waynesboro, Beverly Pack, Teenie and Warren Kegley; and her caregivers, Connie Rose and Twila Boyd.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Bridgett Armentrout-Edwards Scholarship Fund, an annual music scholarship for an Augusta County Public School student, may be made to Highland Community Bank.
